Since Patch 2 all old macros pretty much died off as Blizz removed the options for macros to check conditions before firing i.e. used to be able to cast a lower rank heal if a full heal wasnt need. So macros now cant check for anything, this includes : Range, if a debuff is on, if theres only a set amount of mana left, if a targets a totem etc.
