19/01/2012 - Back to DS for a 2nd night on Spine and... 1 shot \o/ made it look easy. After that it was time for DW. Best effort of the night, 5% with only 24 raiders, next time, he dies!
05/01/2012 - Tried this after LFR last night, first attempt on 25 man to see any changes from 10s. Result, 1 shot. Bit of a shock to everyone but excellent all the same. Expect Spine to fall soon as a few practice goes went well. 6/8 25 man, 8/8 10 man.
04/01/2012 - Overdue but 25 man Ultra is deaded, according to wowprogress.com that makes us the 7th guild on TH to kill him 25 man \o/ tough one for the dps but finally completed and onwards to the Warmaster! 5/8 25 man, 8/8 10 man.
01/01/2012 - I admit this took us longer than it should have, mainly due to the holiday season and a focus on 25 man but finally its completed. Make it look very easy as well. After this we had a 1.6% on Madness so a full clear in coming shortly. Was a good raid and good effort from everyone there.
20/12/2011 - HC Baleroc down in our quest for the Mount meta. Sure its late compared to some others but nothing like dotting the I's and crossing the T's to end a raid tier. Next, Beth!
02/12/2011 - Sinestra down \o/ and 10 new Dragonslayers. This fight is by far the hardest we have ever done, and have been working on it for a few months now. For those who think its easy, go give it a try. We are 9th on TH for HC Cho'gall and 7th for Sin \o/ awesome work from everyone involved and we are very pleased to have it completed.
08/12/2011 - First night of 25 man Hagara and down she goes. Not a complicated fight but awesome to get a kill on the fight night. Thats 4/8 25 man and 5/8 10 man now. Going well!
10/12/2011 - First night on this one, first kill \o/ not really a tricky fight, just lots of running about. Looking like another loot ship
04/12/2011 - Took a while but down he went. A serious gear/skill check, unlike the other 4. Killed him a few secs short of the enrage timer to get a first kill. Well earned and the first "good" feeling from a new boss so far. Sorry about the screenshot, due to some swamp gas Hekate appears to have a pumpkin on his head.
07/12/2011 - First time on 25 man Yor'sahj. Had a bad slime combo on the first attempt, killed on the 2nd \o/ harder than 10 man so good to get this one completed as well on. 2 first kills on 1 night \o/
07/12/2011 - Gave us trouble on 25 man last week but this time, down he goes. Comfortable kill and nice loot
03/12/2011 - Took a few attempts to get this one. Nothing really complicated and lots of room for error on 10 man, I expect 25 man to be a wipefest due to the small area for movement. Was good fun all the same
03/12/2011 - 2 Shot this one. First attempt was about 16%, 2nd attempt, kill. Not really "hard" on 10 man but expect many more wipes on 25 man. Look forward to it \o/
03/12/2011 - Gave us some trouble on 25 man so tried it on 10, result, 1 shot. 10 man is very undertuned but new epics is nice :D
30/11/2011 - First night trying, first kill, one shot. Easy peasy. No 25 man boss, or any raid boss, should ever be a 1 shot on first ever attempt. So sad
25/11/2011 - First night trying, first kill. Easy peasy. Thats 2 first kill Heroic Bosses in 2 nights \o/ both of them new in terms of actually trying with a 3rd at 50%. Shouldnt be long before more fall.
24/11/2011 - Our 2nd HC boss, Lord R, took a fall last night. 2nd night of trying him and down he goes. Was a very frustrating fight until a few things clicked, resulting in a very comfortable kill. Should be a weekly event from now on \o/
11/11/2011 - Last night we killed Ragnaros on 25 man to gain the final item needed for the Legendary staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, its the first one in guild and the result of a long grind fest in firelands. Well done to Zarelar who was the "chosen one".
03/11/2011 - Taken a little while but Firelands is now completed in 25 man. We had only killed Rag on 10 man before, allowing for 25 man HC Shannox, so it was good to get this one completed. 8th guild to get this done on 25man according to WOWprogress.com so theres a nice achievement right there. Well done everyone.
09/10/2011 - Its taken a few Sundays but finally Heroic Cho'gall is dead \o/ even with firelands gear this is a hard fight as Blizzard, in all their wisdom, have left this unnerfed. A single mistake is a wipe, dps needs to be super high, dispelling needs to be super fast but damn it feels good to get this one completed. Next up will be the bonus boss, Sinestra, for flashy new titles and achievements, watch this space!
29/09/2011 - Week after the nerfs and we try heroic Shannox on 25 man. Few tank issues but soon resolved resulting in a near perfect kill \o/ Looking forward to more heroic kills in the near future.
20/09/2011 - Never has a fight been so annoying, or taken so long to complete >< I have no idea why, but this took far longer than it should of done but made the kill much sweeter. Dont think anyone breathed for the last 2 minutes of the fight! Glad to finally get this one down before the 25% nerf, I hope Deathwing is just as much fun as Rag has been. Truely worthy of the End Boss tag.
01/09/2011 - 25man Baleroc is finally ours! I admit we have only had 2 "real" nights on this one but it was a big relief to get this one completed. New strat worked well. 5/7 25 man, 6/7 10 man now. Nearly there!
25/08/2011 - 25 man birdy boss bites the dust! Been having trouble with this one as dodging stuff is harder for some people than it is for others but last night came together nicely for the first kill. Thats 6/7 10 man, 4/7 25 man now \o/
03/08/2011 - Spent some time on Alysrazor 25 man recently but in a break from that we went to Domo 10 man. While the fight is simple, the healing is hard work. Last night it all paid off with a perfect kill \o/ 6/7 in 10 man now, so tonight, Raggy!
02/08/2011 - Been poking this old bird for a few weeks now, with only 1 night on 25 man. Always proved troubesome until last night. 5th attempt, down she goes in a text book kill, even getting a gnome death into the bargain \o/ 4/7 10 man, 3/7 25 man now. Looking forward to going back on 25 man this weekend.
18/07/2011 - After trying Baleroc on 25 man at the weekend we decided to test out some things on 10 man last night. Result, a kill! Always looked like it was coming but the enrage and healer focus needed is very tight. Thats 2/7 in 10 man, and 3/7 in 25 man now \o/ going great and really enjoying the instance.
16/07/2011 - The most annoying fight so far, with the most issues. Couldnt work out if it was bugged or not but either way, in the end, down he went. Thats 3/7 in 25 man Firelands now, looking forward to the rest \o/
10/07/2011 - Its the weekend, that means its Firelands time \o/ this time it we were back poking Beth'tilac on 25 man. She gave us some trouble all week but in the end she couldnt stand up to our Last Go(tm) and down she went in a text book kill. Very pleased with this weeks progress and Firelands itself, its great fun :D
06/07/2011 - Back again on reset, 25 man this time and down Shannox goes \o/ 2nd attempt. Great work from all and aiming for the big spider next
05/07/2011 - Been trying this on 25 man for a week with a 5% best effort, so on the day before reset we took a 10 man group in and killed him on the 2nd attempt. Blizz said they balanced 10 and 25 man, I think not! It was a great effort from everyone there and now we are looking forward to repeating it in 25 man before carrying on to the other bosses
18/06/2011 - First evening trying Heroic Atramedes, 10 man, and down he goes on the 7th attempt of the evening. Not much difference to normal mode but still a great feeling to chalk up our 3rd heroic boss kill.
25/05/2011 - First evening trying Heroic Halfus on 10. Took a few warn up attempts but dead on the 9th pull with over a minute left till enrage. Great work from everyone and our 2nd hc boss kill. More to come.
19/05/2011 - 3rd visit on heroic, 6th pull, and down he goes \o/ a lot of guilds leave this one for their 5th+ heroic mode, we tried it first and did exceptionally well. Great work from everyone on the night and previous visits to help learn tactics
20/03/2011 - 2nd Night ever at trying Al'akir and down he goes. Looked very doable from the start, and the outcome was obvious. Great fun, lots of things to avoid, and intense till the end. Awareness plays a big part in this one. Thats 12/12 for us now, so its time to look at heroic modes \o/
07/03/2011 - Nefarian down \o/ after many, many, many, many wipes we finally took Nef down in what can only be described as a comfortable kill. It was a great end to the night to finally nail him and shows what you can do if you prepare, listen, and do as needed. Great work from everyone both on the kill and on the previous wipe nights, learning the encounter.
03/03/2011 - 2nd real night on Cho'gall 25 man. The previous night hit Enrage before P2. But last night was awesome. DPS was a lot higher, as well as awareness, and we managed to get him down with time to spare. Great work and first raid instance cleared on 10 and 25 man for us \o/ - First Kill Archive
26/02/2011 - 25 man kill of the council tonight, struggled with p2 a bit and p3 was a lot easier than I expected. Only half left standing at the end but great work from everyone. Tough fight to heal and dps. Now only Cho'gal left on 25 man for us, as its cleared on 10.
20/02/2011 - 2nd kill of the Council last night, so decided to try Cho'gall, result, deaded \o/ interesting fight where ads are the key, get those right and its easy. First set of Tier shoulder are ours!
16/02/2011 - Good run to BWD last night in 25 man mode. 4 Bosses overall, including a 25 man first kill of Maloriak. Great fight, and lots of fun. Only Nef left on 10/25 man now!
12/02/2011 - Really struggled with these guys in previous visits but tonight we pretty much one shot it! no idea how, but hopefully we can do it again next time \o/ some top dps, and a record kill time.
03/02/2011 - 2nd boss of Bastion of Twilight in 25 man, first time trying, first kill. Lots of loot, minimal sharding. Great work from all. Thats 2/4 in 10 and 25 man.
03/02/2011 - Another night, another 25 man first kill. Tried Bastion of Twilight for the first time on 25 man last night. Trash was annoying but the bosses were less so. First kill of Halfus and his loot was ours
02/02/2011 - Took a few wipes but last weeks practice paid off. Chimaeron bites the dust on 25 man \o/ 2 left on 25 man, 1 on 10 man. Its going great!
30/01/2011 - 2 nights on Atramedes on 25 man resulted in a very comfortable kill, even with a healer down. Great work from the healing team, and everyone else. 5/6 on 10 man, 3/6 on 25 man. Its going well \o/
22/01/2011 - Maloriak is down, only really had a couple of half nights trying this guy but got him down on our 3rd attempt of the night. Had 2 dead at the end but didnt matter. Only 1 boss remains undefeated! (not actually seen him yet either!)
18/01/2011 - 2nd visit to this place, on another short raid night, and this time we take them down on the 5th attempt. Good fight that seems more confusing that it really is. The new Onyxia maybe?
15/01/2011 - After we stood on Magmaw, we went to turn off the Defense System. Took a few attempts but on the famous "last go" we took them all down. Was a great way to end the night, and a great start to our 25 man raiding.
05/01/2011 - Back to Blackwing Descent we go, this time in 25 man! and just like 10 man, down Magmaw goes. Took some effort to get the ads sorted out effectively but in the end, we knew it would happen, and it did \o/ nice start to our 25 mans
12/01/2011 - First night, 2nd boss, down they go \o/ took a number of attempts with various placements tried until we finally had it nailed. Great fight and looking forward to trying the 25 man version. Great first night in a new raid instance.
08/01/2011 - 1st night in The Bastion of Twilight and Halfus takes a dive. Had some issues to start with but once we worked out the drakes and spellblocks rotation is was fairly simple, although healers might disagree!
10/01/2011 - 4th night, 4th boss \o/ adjust strat slightly for this one and down he went. A lot easier overall and a nice kill. Next please!
08/01/2011 - 3rd night in Blackwing Descent and down goes Chimaeron. He gave us some trouble on the last raid but after some strat adjustments we took him down. The deaf dragon awaits!
05/01/2011 - First night in BlackWing Descent, 2nd boss, another kill \o/ a lot more chaos in this one but great fun. Got the kill on the 5th attempts I think. Great work everyone.
05/01/2011 - First night in BlackWing Descent and down Magmaw goes \o/ took a few attempts to get the hang of the ads as we only had 2 ranged with poor AOE but down he went. Great work from all involved, the clear was clean, with 10 left standing.
